This
is the final year of China's 13th Five-Year Plan -- a top-level policy
blueprint for 2016 to 2020. The government says it has already completed
many of the targets it set in 2015. One sector which saw significant
advancements was transport and that's where our focus will be today.
We'll start off with improvements made in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

group of scientists and IT engineers are trying to use block-chain
technology to help with the development of Xiong'an New Area. They are working to establish an open platform, allowing users to have access to block-chain technology. LI

three years after its establishment, Xiong'an New Area is now entering a
new stage. Massive construction is underway and many people have

scientific and technological incubator in Beijing. He is helping tech
