11.2017 Tus-Holdings and Trinity College Cambridge formed strategic partnership. 

Both parties will contribute into the construction and operation of TusPark Cambridge BioHub, which will be focusing on the acceleration of local Biotech companies, creating new China market entrance opportunities.

As the most developed country in Southeast Asia, Singapore is recognized as one of the most groundbreaking countries with a solid technological foundation and a strong sense of innovation. On June 16, 2020, the globally authoritative Lausanne Institute of International Management (IMD) released the 2020 edition of the "World Competitiveness Ranking" report. Among the 63 countries and regions in the world, Singapore ranked first for two consecutive years. Singapore is a small economy, it can achieve the world's first, mainly because entrepreneurship is relatively easy, and has a skilled workforce and top technology infrastructure. On December 30, 2019, Wang Zhigang, the Minister of Chinese Science and Technology was invited to meet Singapore’s Acting Prime Minister Wang Ruijie at the National Research Foundation of Singapore, and witnessed the signing of an executive agreement on the promotion of technological innovation cooperation between the two departments. In this context, on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Singapore in 2020, TusStar (Singapore) and the Singapore Information Communication Media Development

On October 17, 2019, at the Singapore annual event "SG: DIndustry Day", the Singapore Information Media and Communications Authority (IMDA) and TusStar announced that they will build the IMDA-TusStar Xchange platform together. From January 5th to 11th, 2020, the first phase of "Qixinhui" acceleration camp was successfully carried out in Singapore. At the same time, the China-Singapore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit Forum was held, and the 160th district of TusStar (TusStar·Singapore) was officially launched.
